More about the role
As a digital marketing executive you will be part of a growing digital marketing team working with a range of clients from dynamic service-based industries through to fully-fledged e-commerce stores. You will work closely with the team to forge new account relationships as well as manage existing accounts. The role will involve a large range of PPC, SEO, Content and Social Media projects and often require regular client meetings, account audits, presentations, task implementation and client training programmes.
About you
* You will have at least 3 years experience of digital marketing, particularly PPC, Facebook Ads and SEO
* You will have a keen desire to develop your digital skillset, particularly around PPC, SEO, CRO and social media marketing.
* You will have at least 3 years experience managing and actioning multiple PPC campaigns, (including Google Shopping, Facebook, Display & Video), of varying budgets for both B2C and B2B clients
* As a key problem solver, you will have a drive to learn fast and be proactive in staying ahead of search trends and digital technologies.
* You will show a keen desire to develop your skills in other areas of digital marketing including UX design, social media and CRO
* You are skilled in Google Analytics, Adwords, Tag Manager and other marketing tools with a keen analytical mindset focused on ROI reporting
* You have a great attitude and work ethic, respect your fellow team members and are a continuous learner
* You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment and handling multiple client projects at any given time
* You are a great listener and an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
What you’ll do
* Manage PPC and SEO with the objective to increase leads and improve business KPIs and conversions
* Own the digital accounts and be a “go-to” person for SEO/PPC projects, working closely with the head of digital and alongside the other areas of the company including web, software, UX design and sales, to grow accounts and manage client expectations
* Be the main client contact for digital marketing campaigns, spanning SEO, CRO, PPC and content
* You will take a lead on client account strategy, working closely with the head of digital and other members of the digital team to create client roadmaps and optimisation strategies.
* Manage multiple web updates through CMS platforms such as Magento, Wordpress and our very own application builder and CMS systems.
* Manage digital strategies, highlighting areas for improvement within any given project and showcasing the ability to readily challenge or advise clients where needed
* Use Google Analytics, Adwords (Google Ads), Data Studio, SEMRush, SE Ranking and other SEM marketing tools to produce monthly reports focused on ROI figures.
* Support internal marketing activity, promoting Flex Digital’s own products and services, supporting the Sales Director with marketing collateral where needed.
* Grow your own personal profile as an industry expert in a thriving software/tech environment.
* Work closely with our experienced in house development and UX teams to manage account projects from conception right through to completion.
