About the role
As Meridian’s Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping our online presence. From creating engaging content to enhancing our brand’s visibility, you’ll work across various platforms to connect with diverse audiences and drive organic growth.
What you’ll be doing
1. Content creation: Developing a variety of content, including video, blogs, social media posts, whitepapers and webinars, all aligned with Meridian’s brand voice and strategy.
2. Social media management: Create, schedule and post engaging social media content while building and interacting with our online community.
3. Social listening and engagement: Monitor online channels and discussions to track brand mentions, industry trends and customer segments. Respond to reviews and insights to inform future strategies.
4. SEO support: Assist in implementing keyword strategies and SEO best practices to increase organic traffic, working alongside the wider team.
5. Advertising: You’ll be overseeing the administration of the company’s job advertising including providing first-line support with job board posting to ensure smooth posting processes.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience in content creation across various digital mediums and building social media communities.
2. Good understanding of SEO strategies and their implementation.
3. Excellent written English and proofreading skills.
4. Experience in event management is desirable.
5. Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.

Salary - £24,000 to £26,000 per year.
Hybrid working – three days in the office, two days remote.
