These posts offer exciting opportunities to work in the Facial Pain Team within the Royal National ENT and Eastman Dental Hospitals Division of University College London NHS Foundation Trust.
The post holders will work alongside other clinical psychologists, physiotherapists, nursing, medical, and administrative colleagues within a small, vibrant, and supportive multidisciplinary team to improve the quality of life of individuals experiencing persistent facial pain.

Experience of working with people with persistent pain in pain management programmes is essential. Supervision is provided by a Consultant Clinical Psychologist.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for enthusiastic clinical or counselling psychologists with well-developed skills in engaging people, communication, and teamwork. The ability to develop patient-centred treatment plans is essential as is the capacity to respond adaptively to feedback and address obstacles and setbacks creatively.
The focus of clinical work includes engaging therapeutically with individuals to improve their quality of life in the presence of facial pain in individual sessions, assessments, and within Pain Management Programmes.
There are opportunities to supervise clinical psychologists in training, provide teaching, and become involved in Schwartz Rounds within the Division.

Essential
* BA Hons or BSc Hons in Psychology recognised by the BPS and HCPC
* Doctorate in Clinical/Counselling Psychology, or equivalent
* Current Health and Care Professions Council registration as Clinical Psychologist
