As the first point of contact for clients and staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Requirements ✅ Basic DBS (Clear) ✅ 5-year work history (must be verifiable) ✅ Previous experience in a high-profile Reception/Front of House role ✅ Knowledge of Microsoft Office (essential) ✅ Experience using Matrix or similar booking systems (beneficial) ✅ Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills Key Responsibilities Provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience Meet and greet clients and staff, ensuring exceptional service at all times Manage visitor and contractor passes, ensuring security procedures are followed Answer calls efficiently and assist with enquiries Oversee meeting room bookings, ensuring smooth event coordination Handle mailroom duties, including receiving, recording, and distributing post Support the implementation of building health and safety procedures Assist with ad hoc tasks as required BPSS Clearance is required before starting this role.
