About the job:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative E-Commerce Content Manager to lead the content strategy for the Weber Online Brand Store (weber.com) across EMEA. This is an opportunity to drive engaging and impactful digital content, ensuring every customer interaction is memorable and meaningful. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams to craft experiences that connect with our audience while supporting business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Shape and execute content strategies that elevate the Weber brand and deliver seamless customer journeys.
* Plan and manage a content calendar for campaigns and product launches across multiple markets.
* Create, edit, and optimize high-quality content that aligns with global guidelines while resonating locally.
* Partner with digital agencies to craft standout visuals, layouts, and style guides.
* Optimize content for SEO, working closely with experts to enhance search performance and visibility.
* Leverage personalization tools to tailor experiences that delight and engage customers.
* Analyze content performance, refining strategies to maximize impact and conversion rates.
* Steer the merchandising of all content implementations, collaborating closely with the Merchandiser to ensure the content strategy is implemented.
* Collaborate with the CRO/CX Manager to run A/B testing and elevate content effectiveness.
* Confidently manage content updates through CMS platforms like Salesforce Page Designer and Craft CMS.
What You’ll Bring
* Several years of working experience and background in Online Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing, ideally with premium or lifestyle brands.
* Expertise in managing online store content across multiple markets and languages.
* Skilled in CMS tools, analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Content square), and A/B testing methods.
* Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* A proactive, organized approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
