About You
* Proven merchandising experience at Merchandiser or Junior Merchandiser level, ideally in a FMCG or retail environment.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience managing WSSI reports and demand planning.
* Commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
* Experience managing suppliers and negotiating stock availability.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
