Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Pharmacist to undertake a pioneering role within primary care. Working as part of a team which currently comprises of three Clinical Pharmacists and a Pharmacy Technician. The PCN is open to applications from newly qualified Pharmacists. You will work closely with all PCN and practice staff. Main duties of the job To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient-facing role. Provide clinical leadership on medicines management and quality improvement as well as managing some aspects of the quality and outcomes framework and enhanced services.
