This is an exciting opportunity for a Highly Specialised Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist, Band 7 to support the MSK Outpatient Service within Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Working within one of our Health Centres you would support a busy MSK outpatient service which receives a wide range of referrals including patient self-referral, GP and Secondary care.

Please be aware that if you are successful you will be required to present original certificates for all of the qualifications which you hold (as listed on your application) in order to demonstrate that you meet the criteria outlined in the person specification.
As part of the established MSK team you will provide expert clinical intervention for these patients while maintaining a leadership role within the Physiotherapy team.
You will require extensive postgraduate experience, including substantial specialist experience in Musculoskeletal disorders at a senior level. You will have advanced knowledge and experience of a wide range of approaches to the management of complex, orthopaedic and chronic patients.
You will be encouraged to participate in audit and research. You will have a varied caseload and see a wide range of referrals.
