Responsibilities:
* To operate and run production lines and equipment to achieve agreed performance levels in terms of Quality, Rate and Yield, EH&S, Hygiene and House Keeping.
* Ensure communication and information flows are effective and timely.
* Provide feedback to support maintenance/process-related decision making.
* Work with and support the shift team in the timely trouble-shooting of process problems.
* Support the Team Performance Leader to ensure best practices including SOPs are understood and followed.
* Participate in the continuous performance improvement of the Barrier Extrusion operation to achieve Best-in-Class capability and beyond.
* Maintain a high level of understanding regarding new developments in products and processes.
Skills
* Knowledge of operating machinery and working in a production environment, ability to understand standard operating procedures, effective communication skills.
