Paid Media Executive Salary: £21-27k DOE Hybrid (Maidstone, Kent) THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO THE OFFICE IN MAIDSTONE IN KENT, AT LEAST 2 DAY A WEEK. We are Reflect Digital, a digital marketing agency that is currently looking for an exceptional Paid Media Executive to support the paid media team with various client accounts across all paid media channels to action optimisation tasks utilising a developing knowledge of human behaviour. We are seeking a candidate who has passion for and experience in paid search advertising and has the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients with a thirst for knowledge. The successful Paid Media Executive will have at least 1 year’s experience working in paid media, preferably in an agency environment. Key responsibilities: Work under the guidance of more senior members of the team to complete optimisation tasks in an account such as ad copy and generating search query reports using your developing knowledge of human behaviour to inform your choices Monitor day to day budget packing and reporting to senior colleagues Attend relevant client meetings with more experienced colleagues Provide data analysis for daily, weekly and monthly reporting Collaborate with the paid media team and other departments across the agency Take action to learn more about paid media and the industry What success looks like: Supporting the delivery of paid media campaigns for key client accounts in order to increase performance and drive success based on agreed KPI’s.
