Role Overview
Our client is seeking a talented UK Sales Manager to join their growing team. This is a full-time hybrid role, requiring a balance of office-based work near London and remote flexibility. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing strategies, building strong client relationships, and meeting ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
* Negotiate commercial agreements with new and existing clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* A proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets in previous roles.
* A proactive "hunter" mindset with strong skills in prospecting and lead generation.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

* Industry experience in e-commerce, logistics, or a related field is highly desirable.
