Our Nursery The 100 place nursery is located on the outskirts of the town centre situated in a friendly neighbourhood community, giving you that ‘home from home’ feel. Team Leader (3 months to 2 year olds) You are an enthusiastic and capable leader with excellent communication skills, able to connect effectively with team members, parents, and children. With prior experience leading a team, you demonstrate a deep understanding of the standards and requirements our nursery must meet, including the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Ofsted regulations, and Health and Safety guidelines. In this role, you will lead the team in our 3-months-to-2-years room, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our youngest learners. Ensuring that the EYFS is implemented and followed throughout the team to an exemplary standard. (TL) Providing day-to-day leadership and management for the team and staff across the nursery as required. (TL) Being involved in the recruitment of staff, including but not limited to, shortlisting, interviewing and observing safer recruitment practices. Assisting in the effective use of social media and other marketing activities as required. Your qualifications and experience: A NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent A good understanding of the EYFS and to be able to use this to plan activities for the children Awareness of planning, observing and record keeping for young children and the ability to link these to the individual child’s needs.
