This role is not just about property development; it's about creating a destination that blends entertainment, social engagement, and exploration. The ideal candidate will be a design- and values-driven marketer who can bring this vision to life by crafting and telling the story of the development. A deep passion for brand creation, along with genuine empathy for the space being developed, is essential. You should have a strong background in either prime residential markets, luxury hospitality, or visitor attraction/destination locations. Experience in managing the creation of a brand story and executing projects with a high level of professionalism is key. Proven experience promoting high-end venues is a must. The project’s core goal is to create something truly innovative. Given the profile of the project’s target audience—ultra-high-net-worth individuals and VIP clientele—a background in working with such clients is highly desirable. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the onsite development and delivery teams to steer the project’s brand direction.
