Job Overview
. Bury. £23k – £25k doe + 10% annual bonus + 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a small team who look after top spend/high value customers. You will have your own clients to look after and you will be the main point of contact for them on a day to day basis. Duties will include;
1. Communicating via telephone, email and Teams
2. Occasional customer site visits
3. Looking into and resolving any billing issues
4. Making amendments to their account
5. Making sure that the customer is responded to within set SLA’s and KPI’s are adhered to
6. Occasional support with credit control/debt collection for late payments on the account
To be successful, you will have previous customer service/account management experience, excellent communication skills and good IT skills
