Recruitment Administrator
Location: Peterborough
Salary: Up to £28k, pro rata dependent on experience
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract – 6 months
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00
Hybrid working will be available once you have established yourself within the role.
Crooton is a location-based recruitment marketing solutions business, helping clients worldwide fill vacancies and build brand awareness. Our channels help clients reach both active and passive jobseekers, using marketing tactics such as geo-fencing, digital out-of-home, social, and digital display advertising, just to name a few.
We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team for a 6-month FTC during a period of growth.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for assisting our Recruitment Account Managers with a multitude of administrative tasks, such as CV sourcing, helping to shortlist candidates via our applicant tracking system and telephone screening candidates. You might also help us with social media posting and posting jobs on our system.
What do you need?
* Previous administration experience is essential and you must be confident speaking on the phone to candidates and asking them questions about their experience and suitability for roles
* IT literacy is important, as there are a few systems to learn - full training will be provided
* A strong technical knowledge with the desire to learn
* Previous experience within recruitment would be beneficial, but isn’t essential
* Excellent organisation skills
* Ability to work from the office, based just outside of Peterborough
