This role is a 12 month contract with the possibility of a permanent position. What are we looking for? Our Client are looking for a proactive Planning Co-ordinator to support their Development Director in land appraisals, planning applications and consultant coordination. What you will be doing Assisting in the appraisal of new land opportunities, including conducting due diligence on sites. Supporting the coordination of new planning applications and monitoring existing applications. Facilitating the coordination of design information for planning and development purposes. Assisting in the appointment of consultants by gathering scopes and relevant information. Why join ? At least 5 years of experience in an administrative or business support role. Familiarity with Northern Irelands planning applications and processes. Strong organisation and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in planning, scheduling, or project coordination within the construction industry is highly desirable.
