About the role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive, vibrant school community in Ealing. Starting in January 2024, this is a full-time, long-term position working across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting student learning, leading small group interventions, and assisting class teachers in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum. Your contribution will have a significant impact on student progress and development, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

Application Requirements:
• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a UK primary school.
• Proven experience supporting learning in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
• Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum.
• Ability to work independently, lead small group sessions, and provide targeted interventions.
• Excellent communication skills, with a passion for supporting children’s development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging small-group interventions and activities.
• Support teachers in preparing learning materials and organizing the classroom.
• Deliver lessons in the absence of the class teacher, following the set plans.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement.
• Assist in assessing students' progress and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
