As a team manager you will manage two small midwifery teams in neighbouring geographical areas. We want to foster a team ethos that is flexible and adapts quickly to the changing needs of the population. You should be passionate about providing exceptional quality midwifery care which is personalised and responds to the needs of the woman and her family. The successful candidate should be a forward thinking, problem solver with experience in all areas of maternity care. We are looking for someone who is motivated and inspired to create a positive environment for staff and patients. You should have at least 12 months experience in a line manager role including HR management such as sickness, capability and appraisals. You should have recent experience in intrapartum care in either an acute site, a midwifery led unit or within a homebirth team. You will need to be highly organised and adaptable with proven leadership skills. Applicants must have a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle.
