You will be working in the Assessment and Independence Team to help prevent hospital admissions. You may also be required to undertake responsive assessments for people in crisis in the community.
You will need to be able to work under pressure and prioritize your own workload. You will also need to have professional commitment and a high level of knowledge, critical thinking, communication skills, and creativity.
You will be working 37.00 hours per week and will participate in a set rota which is based over a 7-day period and will include some weekends, some evenings, and a set number of bank holidays. Relevant weekend and bank holiday enhancements will be paid.
You will need to work flexibly, travelling across the Dudley borough. You will therefore need to hold a valid full driving licence and have the use of a vehicle.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults; therefore the post is subject to medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check.
