The Manor Farm is a beautiful, 17th century farm house that was converted in to a pub back in 1977, full of character and even has it's own well. It is located in Rainhill, Prescot, near to St Helens.
The pub is a very successful wet led business that also has a significant level of food trade. It benefits from a large ground floor bar / dining area, with a quirky snug area looking out over the very large beer garden. It also has a garden room with it's own separate beer garden. And on top of this, it also benefits from an upstairs function room with it's own fully functioning bar. The Manor Farm has a great local following but also attracts visitors to the area from surrounding villages and towns. People of all ages and very attractive to families due to the large beer garden and children's play area. The pub also benefits from EV Car Chargers which is another reason to visit.
The Manor Farm is currently trading around £14,000 per week with a 65 / 35 split in favour or wet. The pub is already very successful but building an even greater community spirit, running local events and more activities within the pub will definitely grow the sales. We are looking for someone who can continue to grow the reputation of the pub attracting new guests, potentially someone looking to move from managed, or step up to the next level from a smaller food site.
As there is no living accommodation within the pub, we provide an attractive 4 bedroom detached house just opposite the pub.
