They are seeking a skilled and proactive Mobile Plumber to deliver maintenance and repair services to a professional standard. The role involves a variety of tasks, including:
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver maintenance and repair works in line with SFG-20 standards. Provide proactive and innovative service delivery. Ensure routine services, maintenance, and repairs are completed as per SLAs. Mentor and support 'improvers' and 'apprentices'. Perform planned preventative maintenance as scheduled. Assist with technical issues on-site and provide technical support. Complete service reports accurately and within contract timelines. Produce quality reports and quotations. Provide feedback to the team and management. Build and maintain excellent working relationships with customers. Communicate effectively with customers. Manage and verify site assets for new and existing sites. Adhere to company operational handbook and policies. Conduct Toolbox Talks. Participate in an on-call rota. Contribute to team productivity and profitability.Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Work on various mechanical and plumbing assets. Handle reactive call-outs, troubleshoot, and resolve faults. Diagnose and repair system malfunctions. Produce timely quotations for additional works and repairs. Maintain and repair plant and equipment independently. Undertake all L8 PPM and other PPM servicing. Ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of works. Complete reporting documentation efficiently. Monitor, repair, and replace faulty heating system equipment. Ensure calibration and testing of site tools and equipment as per recommendations and statutory requirements. Undertake new plumbing installations to high standards. Maintain and repair electrical/mechanical plant and equipment. Work in wards with potential Covid patients (full PPE and training provided).Qualifications:
