Behaviour Mentor
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on pupils' lives? A primary school in central Manchester is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic behaviour mentor to join the school.
As a behaviour mentor, you will play a key role in supporting pupils who are disengaged from their education.
About the Role:
1. Focusing on building strong relationships with pupils to help them overcome barriers to learning and encouraging academic development.
2. Working collaboratively with teachers to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
3. Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and group basis.
4. Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery.
About You:
1. Experience in a similar role or working with disengaged pupils.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Patient, empathetic, and nurturing nature.
