Lettings Negotiator Company Overview: Clearview Recruitment are excited to be working with our client, a large, well respected agency across the U.K. This is a fantastic opportunity to work and learn from an established brand with the property sector Lettings Negotiator Role Overview: This is a fixed term role of up to 12 months for maternity cover. T he objective is to let multiple properties and meet targets set both individually and for the branch. You'll be tasked with registering and managing a list of applicants ensuring they are regularly contacted and offered new properties. You'll produce lettings paperwork, ensure that the tenancies are compliant, network for new instructions and contribute in managing their existing Client base to obtain instructions. Lettings Negotiator Key Responsibilities: Register applicants (REAPIT) Maintain regular contact with your applicants and ensure they are offered suitable properties Set up viewings and accompany applicants on multiple viewings Source properties Network, search for and develop new business opportunities Ensure the SOPs for Residential Lettings are adhered too Operate in accordance to current Legislation Carry out Market appraisals when required Complete the take-on process for successful appraisals Deal with and negotiate offers when received Produce lettings paperwork Professionally greet and deal with the general public in the office and assist with general enquiries Lettings Negotiator Skills and Qualifications: Experience of the residential lettings market Strong negotiation skills, administrative and organisational skills Strong MS Office skills A strong team player with good interpersonal skills Experience of the local area residential lettings market (Preferred) Experience of using Winman a bonus Willingness to tackle a variety of tasks with common sense and enthusiasm Comfortable working in a fast paced environment where flexibility is essential A desire to broaden knowledge and experience Lettings Negotiator Package and Benefits: Salary £23,000 - £28,000 OTE Max £40,000 (depending on experience) Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm 1 in 4 Saturdays with day off in lieu Potential to stay on after fixed term in different branch
