Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within our OT Stroke Service. The successful candidate will be required to offer specialist OT assessment, treatment and discharge support for patients with complex physical and health needs. Our service covers from Hyper Acute Stroke Unit (HASU) through to inpatient rehabilitation, and into the community with our Early Supported Discharge team. We anticipate that the successful candidate will commence the first 6 months of this position working into HASU before having the opportunity to further build skills within wider OT stroke service. With a new leadership structure and clinical leads in place, the successful candidate will have access to specialist knowledge and support, opportunities to learn, gain experience and to help shape a service. The successful candidate will initially work within our Stroke Service before moving into post within the wider OT service.
