About the role
We support your professional development with a £2,000 training allowance for role-specific training.
We seek an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team. Your role involves implementing a holistic, therapeutic approach to support vulnerable children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and occupational and sensory needs are met. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating interventions, documenting reports, and providing training to staff and partners.
You will work within our multidisciplinary team, which includes Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, and therapy assistants, to foster an environment where vulnerable individuals can thrive and develop.

Qualifications & Experience
* Occupational Therapy BSc (Hons)
* Registered with HCPC
* Experience with children and/or adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
* Collaborative working skills
* Sensitivity and conflict resolution skills
* CPD relevant to setting
* Post-qualification experience with children and young people
* Data management skills
* Experience or qualification in sensory integration
