An enticing opportunity for a Project Co-ordinator has opened for an organised & attention to detail seeking individual looking to join a thriving business in Mid Kent
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with large accounts and be an experienced and career focused candidate with good common sense and the ability to assimilate technical information with ease.
Duties include:
1. Manage all aspects of the inventory, ensuring that inventory is available for customer call-offs, identifying any issues that would result in shortages and preparing action plans to resolve.
2. Preparing batch proposals
3. Liaising with customers, warehouse and supplies regarding inbound deliveries
4. Manage and monitor the production requirements needed for projects
5. Set up Part Numbers, Bills of Materials, and all associated sub-entities for Parts in the Company system.
6. Assisting the preparation of the weekly highlight reports and other necessary reports on project / order status as requested by the Account, (Global) Program and Project Managers.
To be considered for this role you will have/be:
7. Strong, solid administrative experience
8. Experience dealing with inventories and stock management
9. Experienced in document control
10. Highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail
11. Previous experience working with large accounts
12. Able to juggle multiple priorities
13. Strong communication skills
14. Skilled in effective relationship building
15. Ambitious with looking to progress within the company
16. The ability to work fast under pressure
17. Tech savvy
