Job Title: Assets & Compliance Coordinator
Location: Swinton
Contract Details: Temporary role (10 months)
Salary: £13 - £16ph
Responsibilities:
1. Record and update asset and compliance data within the organisation's asset management system
2. Coordinate with contractors and service partners to ensure the successful delivery of planned preventative maintenance programmes
3. Work closely with Building and M&E Surveys to process quotations and requests for works promptly
4. Liaise with key stakeholders and external agencies to arrange access to properties not directly managed by the team
5. Extract and analyse data from the asset management system to provide accurate reports to senior management and executive teams
6. Upload compliance documentation to the asset management system
7. Attend contractor meetings and take minutes as required
8. Provide frontline support for contractor and client inquiries relating to asset compliance
9. Track and monitor remedial actions and tasks, ensuring completion within SLAs
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
1. Previous experience in a senior administrative or coordinator role, preferably within the property management sector
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
3. Experience using and updating CAFM/asset management systems
4. Ability to establish positive working relationships with clients and colleagues
5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
6. Strong communication and customer service skills
7. Excellent prioritisation and time management abilities
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
1. Working knowledge of managing M&E and cyclical programmes, with an understanding of current regulations
2. Experience and/or qualifications in asset compliance fields
3. Experience within local authority and education sectors
