About the Role:

Your Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care and education.
* Lead and motivate your team to create a positive and stimulating environment that fosters children's growth and development.
* Implement safeguarding procedures and maintain a safe and secure environment for children.
* Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members.
Your Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 3 in Childhood Studies (or equivalent) is essential.
* Proven experience in a senior early years role, managing a room, team, or service within an early years setting.
* Professional experience of working with children and families.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Deep understanding of child development, safeguarding, and SEN requirements.
