What you’ll be responsible for
Mapping of business processes, identifying improvements and drafting detailed business requirements that can be implemented to support the business strategy and goals. Reporting to the Project Lead, part of the wider Change Team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Mapping ‘as-is’ business processes and identifying gaps and improvements that can be made (‘to be’ processes).
* Developing and documenting detailed business requirements for business process changes.
* Supporting in translating business requirements into technical requirements that can be implemented by technical teams.
* Developing business cases and project plans for business initiatives that support our business strategy and goals.
* Identifying appropriate project stakeholders and developing and maintaining their engagement at all stages of the requirements process through effective communication and involvement.
* Monitoring and tracking progress against planned deliverables, ensuring stakeholders and project sponsors are kept fully informed of project developments at all times.
* Ensuring the translation of requirements to key stakeholders to facilitate the successful implementation of the project.
* Ensuring that the quality controls are in place to so that the activities relating to requirements are planned and performed correctly.
* Undertaking any other duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

About you
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Degree or equivalent in business analysis practices and business process mapping.
* Qualifications and experience of using requirements gathering tools.
* Experience of working with Business process modelling, target operating model definition and process re-engineering.
* Experience of developing requirements that span multi systems e.g. billing systems, debt recovery systems, telephony systems, web systems.
* Proven work experience of undertaking sound business analysis and developing information into concise reports.
* Practical experience of working with a number of stakeholders crossing both business and IT work streams including 3rd party suppliers.
* Experienced in using MS Office tools e.g. Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio.
* Demonstrable evidence of gathering requirements, with experience in working with senior stakeholders in developing strategy, gathering requirements and translating requirements to key stakeholders.
* Working knowledge in business processing models.

* This role involves hybrid working, with a requirement of a minimum of 1 day a week to attend the office.
