In this role you will have the opportunity to provide the highest standards of healthcare to our patients, without having to compromise on efficiency and quality. Hours The core working hours are Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00). However there is an expectation to cover some weekends. Main duties of the job As a Mental Health Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will vary. You will Provide clinical leadership and management to Registered nurses and allied health professionals. Establish inter-agency working where necessary to ensure good communication increases quality of care for patients. Ensure that own clinical practice is consistent with autonomous practice within the role. Actively participate with the development of local operating procedures to ensure pathways are clear for clinicians. Ensure all complaints / concerns relating to Mental Health are dealt with in a timely fashion. Set standards for care by implementing protocols and establishing health education activities. Maintain accurate documentation of assessment, planning and treatment of patients. Manage and provide clinical supervision to the team. Work closely with the Head of Healthcare ensuring that reports and other measures are accurately completed within deadlines.
