We require a helpful, friendly, hardworking and flexible individual to join our Reception/Clerical Team in the Radiology Directorate, based across Wythenshawe Hospital and Withington Community Hospital.
Excellent customer service skills and communication are considered an essential part of this role along with good computer skills.
You will be required to work on both Wythenshawe and Withington sites on a rota basis along with participating with a number of others to work evenings and weekends.
Main duties of the job
Band 2 - 37.5 hours per week on a roster basis.
The post holder will be required to meet and greet patients on arrival and register them on our HIVE system with a high level of accuracy. Additionally, the successful applicant would be rostered to assist with general office duties as necessary, therefore gaining some additional skills.
We are seeking a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
The successful candidate should be flexible and will be required to participate in a rota, so flexibility for weekend and evening work is a must.
Working weekends or bank holidays will be paid with enhancements and days off in lieu.
