Job summary Interviews expected to take place the week commencing 3rd March The Education Business Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership and drive Enhanced Care Services' education business. You will develop our education offering to meet the needs of our customers and our people, with a clear focus on growing our high-quality clinical education delivery. Main duties of the job You will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and the Deputy Medical Director to ensure the quality of the offer and high standards are maintained in all of ECS courses as we grow our education business. The Education Business Manager will be responsible for effectively managing the education department's financial resources, facilities, and business development. This includes budget planning, financial reporting, human resources, procurement, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role supports the Chief Operating Officer in managing the education business functions, allowing senior leaders to focus on educational quality and outcomes.
