Are you a commercial HR BP with great experience of change management?
Do you love diving into restructures and organisational design work to look at driving efficiencies across organisation structures?
I am supporting a client to source a HR Business Partner to deliver on BAU Business Partnering activity, with a heavy bias on change management processes. The role will support corporate functions stakeholders and look after c800 people. You will be part of a broader HR team, supported by ER Advisors and a centre of excellence to deliver on the operational day to day HR activity.
You will be working for a company that drive commerciality across all aspects of the business, including their people processes. The successful candidate will be able to work with high levels of business acumen, and apply them to whatever HR practices and initiatives they are delivering.
So, what’s the role?
* Deliver organisational design change management, including restructures and consultations
* Deliver end to end TUPE projects
* Work with Director and C-suite level stakeholders across the corporate functions teams
* Provide commercial people advice to stakeholders on any change programmes
* Work with senior leaders and managers on their talent, succession, OD, engagement and retention plans
* Develop junior members of the HR team to be able to support you on various projects
* Navigate and support a large scale, matrix organisation
