Conveyancing Paralegal

Elite Touch Group are excited to be working with their well-established client who are seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their Chatham office to provide support to one Conveyancer with all types of residential conveyancing matters from inception through to post-completion, including sales and purchases in freehold and leasehold.
Key Tasks
1. Liaising with clients and estate agents by email and telephone
2. Preparing letters and emails
3. Preparing contract papers
4. Dealing with sale enquiries
5. Land Registry applications
6. Ordering online searches
7. Chasing replies and instructions
8. Billing
9. Dealing with correspondence and ensuring all correspondence and documents are accurately filed in a case management system.
About You
1. At least 6 months’ experience as a conveyancing assistant
2. Conscientious, self-driven and a quick learner
3. Well organised and excellent administrative and communication skills
4. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
5. Friendly and professional attitude
6. Excellent IT skills – capable of using the firm’s case management system and working in a paperless office
Office-based – Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm
