About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Sales Office Manager and working under the supervision of the Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the sales function by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth processing of sales orders.
You will have daily interactions with our sales administration team, field sales team, warehouse and office colleagues, directors, and a wide range of customers -including distributors, major national companies, and family-run businesses.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, delivering outstanding customer service
✅ Process sales orders and quotations efficiently
✅ Respond to customer queries regarding product features, pricing, and availability
✅ Resolve general customer inquiries, escalating to the Team Leader when necessary
✅ Conduct soft telesales campaigns with existing customers to maintain and grow relationships
✅ Manage daily invoicing tasks
✅ Monitor time-critical orders, ensuring customers are updated on any delays
