About the role
We are currently recruiting for a full-time valuer to join our team. This role will be based in Gloucester but will require you to travel across all localities.
The Valuer will contribute to the delivery of the disposal programme by visiting properties and land and providing valuations. You will advise on the market and assist in achieving the best value for sales.
This role will require you to take detailed inquiries into the local property market, researching and analysing comparable transactions, utilising valuation methodologies to arrive at an opinion of valuation, and ultimately preparing a valuation report for the client.
Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.
About you
You will require a Full UK Driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
It is essential you have Estate Agency experience, including experience within lettings and sales.
Experience in a wide variety of valuation techniques, involving knowledge of the Property Market, would be beneficial for this role.
Being a RICS Registered Valuer is desirable but not essential.
You will have good working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Excellent written and oral communication skills are also required.
