We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Team to oversee and optimise our digital advertising campaigns, enhance our website, it’s search engine performance, and analyse marketing data to refine strategies. You will play a key role in developing digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility, support generating leads, and support our broader business goals. Main Duties & Objective To liaise internally with all departments and employees to understand the business and relay this to the world; to ascertain excellent external contacts for content, news, delivery of marketing to ensure Balance Power is being received by a wide audience in a positive and professional capacity. To create content, blogs and video interviews for social media platforms, website, and other external media. Support delivery of the Marketing Strategy and long-term strategy to keep BPP relevant externally and well informed internally. Seek out opportunities for video and photographic content related to BPP in the form of projects, people, sites etc. Keep up to date with department managers on changes in the market (and example being planning policy related to energy projects) and requesting information to create content for wider audience (with our opinions and views). The Marketing Assistant will be working with the marketing team and the wider Balance Power team with the following responsibilities: Responsibilities Plan, execute and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and others to drive relevant traffic and generate leads Oversee website development and improvements in collaboration with external developers, ensuring the website is user-friendly, optimised for SEO and aligns with overall marketing goals. Monitor and optimise ad performance, ensuring campaigns meet KPIs such as CTR, CPA and ROAS. Translate insight into actionable strategies to optimise performance Collaborate with the Content team to create compelling ad copy and visual assets to align with digital marketing goals Use tools like GA, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Leadinfo to monitor website traffic, user behaviour and campaign performance Provide detailed performance reports Develop and implement an SEO strategy increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimisation and technical SEO audits Work closely with the broader marketing team to align digital strategies with business objectives Provide input on the overall marketing strategy from analytics and campaign performance. Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing to ensure Balance Power remains competitive online Collaborate with other departments, such as the marketing team, project development, and sales to ensure digital marketing efforts align with overall business objectives. Qualifications/Skills Degree in Marketing / similar work experience in B2B marketing 2 years’ experience in digital marketing with proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns Proficiency in all Ads, SEO platforms and other marketing roles Strong analytical skills Attention to detail Strong communication skills Collaborative Salary & Benefits £29,000 - £34,000 including bonus scheme 25 days per annum all bank holidays Flexible working available On-site Parking Private Healthcare (day 1) Use of Pool car(s) 1 professional Membership paid for by BPP per annum.
