💷 PAYE Rates:
* £19.80/hr basic up to £39.59/hr Sunday
* Est. earnings up to £64,000/year with weekend work
🛠 What You'll Be Doing:
* Supervising pipefitters, welders & mechanical fitters
* Ensuring health & safety compliance
* Overseeing daily operations & supporting project delivery
* Liaising with site teams & management
✅ What You Need:
* SSSTS or SMSTS
* IOSH
* Strong mechanical background
* Experience supervising on industrial/process sites
