We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our client's team as a Staff Nurse. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality, patient-centred care and older adult care.
To qualify for this role, you'll need:
* RGN qualification and valid UK NNMC Pin
* Proven experience working as a Registered General Nurse in an adult care setting, demonstrating clinical competence and adaptability.
* Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with patients and their families.
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment, managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional care.
* Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical behavior, reflecting integrity and accountability in all interactions.

As a Staff Nurse, you will:
* Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with their individual care plans, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team, maintaining strict adherence to protocols and patient safety guidelines.
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients through effective communication and teamwork.
* Advocate for and promote the rights of patients, while respecting their cultural, religious, and social backgrounds, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
* Maintain accurate and complete medical records while upholding patient confidentiality and privacy rights.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives, actively participating in enhancing patient care standards.
