We require an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Adult Nurse to fulfill the role as a Band 6 Pre-graduate Development Nurse. The role involves supporting Preceptors, Preceptees, Pre-Graduate learners, educating, training and supporting all apprentices, pre-registration nurses, trainee nursing associate, trainee assistant practitioners across community and acute settings. To work closely with team/department managers and professional leads to establish high quality learning environments, support and provide clinical leadership for all apprentices and pre-graduate learners within the Trust as necessary. To assist in the facilitation, delivery of Induction, training and continued evaluation for all pre-graduate learners training within both acute and community settings. To provide teaching and support to all staff who are supervising and assessing pre-graduate learners. To work as part of the pre-graduate development team, linking closely with the apprenticeship team and the learning and development department to support a coordinated approach to pre-graduate learning and professional development.
