Key Responsibilities : Job Scheduling : Manage and maintain job schedules for installation teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to timelines. Team Coordination : Work closely with installation teams to communicate job details, resolve any scheduling conflicts, and ensure successful completion of projects. IT Management : Use various software tools to manage schedules, track job progress, and report on performance. Provide troubleshooting and technical support when necessary. Customer Interaction : Communicate effectively with customers to schedule jobs, manage expectations, and address any concerns. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the process. Problem Solving : Show initiative in identifying issues and finding solutions, proactively resolving scheduling or customer service challenges before they escalate. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of schedules, customer interactions, and survey results. Prepare reports for senior management as required. Continuous Improvement : Seek opportunities to improve processes and systems, suggesting improvements to scheduling, customer service, and survey methodologies. Qualifications : Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in job scheduling or team coordination. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in scheduling software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanour. Ability to work independently and take initiative in solving problems. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work. Preferred : Experience in managing installation teams or working within a technical environment.
