As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will:
* Hold overall accountability for the effective delivery of complex, high risk products and services.
* You must be an expert in communicating between technical and non-technical team members, agile and lean practices, maintaining delivery momentum, making processes work and planning. You should also be a practitioner in commercial management, financial management, life cycle perspective and managing team dynamics.
* You must be able to act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology.
* Be a custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended.
* Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity. Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the team's progress.
The following skills and experience are required for this role:
* Demonstrable experience across a range of products and services, throughout the entire product life cycle.
* Proven project management experience across a number of years including; mobilisation, project planning, resourcing, monitoring and reporting, risk and issue management and budget control.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to organise project teams accordingly and manage change.
* An understanding of core technologies and technical concepts, that supports successful project delivery through the ability to question, challenge and communicate.
* Agile Scrum.
* Ability to independently build and lead medium-to-large teams.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple initiatives at once to meet deadlines.
* Possess market relevant certifications that are relevant to this role (e.g. PMP).
* Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the other suite of Microsoft Office products.
* Have experience working with Agile Delivery tools (e.g. JIRA).
