A design-led, modern manufacturer experiencing a steady growth period is seeking a dynamic and solutions-driven Customer Service Coordinator who will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and ensure a first-class customer experience is delivered across all touchpoints.

Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities:
* Act as the initial point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional customer service across all touchpoints and always going the extra mile
* Handle incoming calls and emails, deal with requests and liaise with internal departments to draft an accurate response
* Log customer service tickets, ensuring the customer's information and details of their enquiry are logged and actioned appropriately
* Liaise with customers to provide updates on production and delivery dates and share information relating to delays
* Process sales orders and make amendments when required
* Support with the planning of Engineers diaries
Customer Service Coordinator Skills and Experience:
* Possesses previous customer service experience and has a proven track record of supporting and empathising with customers
* Solutions-focused, able to resolve queries and handle issues in a calm and professional manner
* Superb communication skills and has the ability to understand customer requirements
* Competent user of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
* Demonstrates a keen eye for detail and is able to work with accuracy
