Receptionist
Hours: 40 hrs
Salary: £14.09
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Corporate Receptionist to provide first-class reception service to our client on a full-time basis, contracted for 40 hours per week.
As a Corporate Receptionist, you will work in a welcoming team to ensure that all staff and visitors are greeted and dealt with in a warm and efficient manner. Your key responsibilities include:
* Oversee client reception and provide office support throughout the business.
* Manage any client bookings, hospitality requests, front and back of house duties, such as meeting room set ups, catering requests, vending machine management, scanning, archiving, light cleaning duties.
* Building rapport within the business, being a point of contact for office support
* Our ideal Receptionist will:
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Possess fantastic organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Be competent in using Microsoft Office and general office equipment
* Display passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Be an excellent team player
* Have the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships
* Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
Essential Criterias:
* Excellent Customer services skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent problem solving, decision making skills
* Excellent ability to adapt to diverse situations
* Be able to promote the highest standards of personal appearance and friendliness
* Be flexibly in hours of work to cover ad-hoc requests such as setting up meeting rooms
* Competent in the use of Microsoft application such as Outlook, Word, Excel
Desirable Criterias
* Previous experience working in a Receptionist or Personal Assistant/Secretary role
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in relevant area
