We are working with a family-owned Investment and Development group, seeking a Head Of Facilities that will lead a dedicated in-house team, manage external suppliers and contractors to improve service quality. You will be based out of the flagship office Park Royal, Wembley with occasional travel to site.
As the successful applicant, you will join a diversified, multi-national business with a turnover of over 4.5bn. The business owns and manages all their own properties, including commercial units, retail convenience stores, warehouses, distribution hubs, residential / mixed use real estate and more.
We are looking for someone highly organised, with experience in overseeing maintenance and operation of buildings and other infrastructures. You will be required to set up, tender and manage key contractors and suppliers for facilities and property services. Manage budgets, cost control and continuously improve service quality. The ideal candidate will come from a multi-site environment (retail, hospitality, leisure) and have extensive experience in Senior Facilities Management.
