Our client, Therabody is a pioneer in the wellness technology space, developing products and services that optimise human performance and unlock the body's natural ability to achieve health and well-being.
Therabody’s concession in Harrods has grown from strength to strength since the launch in June 2023 and we are looking for a Concession Manager to grow this account further through clienteling, driving sales and having overall accountability of the space.
This role will be crucial in leading a team to bring exceptional customer experience to life through demonstrations, building relationships and converting interest into sales.
You will need to be passionate about driving brand advocacy at all customer touch points and have a commercial mindset to deliver sales and service throughout the team.
What you will be doing in your role:
* Managing and motivating the team to success
* Leading and delivering exceptional customer service and driving brand advocacy
* Achieving individual, team sales targets and KPI’s
* Building a great rapport with customers, senior management and the wider brands
* Bringing products to life through engaging demonstrations and converting interest into sales
* Monitor sales performance and proposing commercial plans to maximise opportunities
* Overseeing the team’s product training and demonstration delivery
* Actively seeking ways to increase sales through new opportunities across Harrods
* Managing the development of the team through performance reviews and coaching
* Maintain store standards that reflect the brand image at all times
* Act as a H&S representative for Harrods and support where required
* Representing Therabody and Stellar in Harrods trade meetings and briefings.
What experience you’ll need to be successful:
* Previous management experience in a premium retail environment
* Excellent people management skills, with the expertise to motivate and develop others
* The ability to convert sales and achieve targets
* Able to report insights and actions to key stakeholders
* Ensure exceptional floor standards at all times
* Calm under pressure and ability to de-escalate situations
* Exceptional communication and engagement skills
* Able to manage scheduling ensuring this is optimised over peak periods
* Understanding of opening and closing responsibilities
* Overseeing stock management including stock levels, deliveries and stock counts
* Previous experience working in Harrods would be advantageous

Training:
* In-depth initial product training with quarterly refresher courses
* Harrods induction and service training
What we offer:
* £34k-£38k annual salary
