Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations of the cafe, ensuring high standards of service and product quality.
2. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of baristas, wait staff, and kitchen personnel.
3. Monitor and manage inventory, food costs, and wastage.
4. Ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance in line with industry standards.
5. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
6. Recruit, train, and develop staff members, fostering a positive and team-oriented work environment.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar managerial role, preferably in the hospitality or cafe/restaurant industry.
2. Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
5. We trade from 10am until 12:30am Sunday – Thursday and 1:30am Friday & Saturday. Please be flexible to work until these times if necessary.
