Attewell is a fast-growing Aerospace manufacturing business based in Hayes, Middlesex. We have a highly prestigious and demanding customer base, and we are now looking to recruit an Inside Sales Coordinator to support our Sales department.

Role Profile
Reporting to the Bid Manager & BD Director, the Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for RFQ (Request for Quotes) and bid packages ensuring that they are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
1. Management of customers RFQs (Request for quotations) and bid packages.
2. Download of any RFQ/ bid related data via data boxes/ online portals etc.
3. Respond to customer enquiries within a set period of time.
4. Gather marketing data to enable Attewell to quote competitively in order to win business.
5. Summarise the RFQ/ bid request and regularly report back to the Business Development Team.
6. Build intercompany departmental relationships to gain relevant information required to update customers on the status of their quotations.
7. Update Sales weekly and monthly reports and distribute to the business leads.
8. Analyse, update and display relevant Measures of Performance data as required by the department and Management Team.
9. Follow up on relevant sales leads/opportunities as agreed by the sales team, to identify and develop new core business and maintain existing relationships.
10. Update the company’s SAP system accurately with Sales information by following procedures.
11. Maintain and expand the already excellent long-term customer client base.
12. Provide exceptional service to all customers, keeping yourself updated with their relevant developments and changes.
Carry out general office duties as required and requested by the Business Development Director.
Key Experiences & Characteristics
1. Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff, stakeholders, and suppliers.
2. Minimum of 2 years Sales and Customer Service experience is preferred and must have worked in an office environment.
3. Able to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks and achieve set targets.
4. Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations.
5. Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Excellent communication skills, hardworking and flexible.
7. Willing to travel to Customer visits on occasion if ever required.
Qualifications and Experience Levels
1. Previous experience of working in an office environment.
2. Computer literate, with good level of Excel skills/abilities.
3. Experience Knowledge of SAP would be preferred but not essential.
4. Basic presentation skills.
5. Maths and English to GCSE level C standards.
Working hours
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 8.15am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.15am to 12.45pm.
