Job Description
* Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all payments are in line with agreed terms.
* Liaise with customers to resolve payment issues and queries promptly.
* Prepare weekly reports on account statuses and update records accordingly.
* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure credit issues are resolved quickly.
* Perform credit checks on potential clients to assess creditworthiness.
* Assist with the development and implementation of credit control procedures.
* Work closely with the wider Accounting & Finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.
* Contribute to team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
The Successful Applicant
* Strong understanding of credit control procedures and principles.
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in using advanced business software and financial systems.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
