Job Purpose: To be responsible for the tracking and sending of all physical certificates into the business and sending of all physical deliveries from the business. This role will be based in our Bournemouth, Dorset office. Hybrid or remote working will not be considered due to the nature of the role. This is a part-time position for 3 days a week. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: To carry out all administrative duties relating to physical certificates and their successful delivery to learner, including but not limited to: Recording receipt of certificate in office Confirming learner address details for delivery Chasing learners for details if not provided Delivering to learner via Royal Mail or courier service as relevant and recording status Handling any lost delivery enquiries Liaising with Royal Mail or couriers regarding lost deliveries Re-ordering of lost certificate with awarding bodies To carry out all administrative duties relating to the delivery of nail kits for the business: Tracking learner eligibility for nail kits Ordering stock needed for nail kits in line with demand Delivering kits via courier service and recording status Handling of any lost deliveries To carry out all administrative duties relating to the delivery of other paperwork being sent by the business according to agree timelines To support the Senior Registration and Certification Administrator with administrative tasks for registering and certifying learners across all faculties. Manage workloads on a daily basis to ensure that service levels and contractual requirements are met. To liaise with the relevant Manager and Head of Faculty to ensure accurate and reliable record keeping and to report any errors as necessary. To monitor and ensure the accurate inputting /processing of data. What we are looking for in you: Administration and data entry experience. A good level of English and maths (minimum level 2). Good team working and problem-solving skills, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently within a team environment. Good personal engagement skills over the telephone and email. Good written communication skills on paper and via IT systems. Good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to a high standard. Happy to be a key ambassador of the business in all dealings.
